Oskouei relies mostly on close-up or medium-shot interviews, and as usual, displays his gift for framing people dynamically in tight spaces. A 67-year-old woman takes care of her 100-year-old mother, who is a complete invalid and talks compulsively about how she expects (and wishes) to die at any minute. But in order to make a living, the daughter, Kobra, goes out every day and works as a fisherwoman. Oskouei depicts the lagoon with a certain amount of lyricism, while simultaneously revealing the backbreaking nature of fishing.
